Your pledge made this possible. Below, you'll find the benefits of your founding membership, along with our bylaws, as a small thank-you for believing in this community from the start.

Founding Member Privileges

In recognition of your early support, Founding Members receive:

Recognition 

  • The Founders' Wall: Each founding member or family will be permanently honored with their name engraved on a prominent plaque displayed in the lobby or at a poolside installation.

  • Leadership Opportunities: Priority consideration for volunteer advisory committees to help shape the pool’s culture.

Financial Incentives

  • Locked-In Annual Dues: Founding members annual dues will not increase for five years.

  • Transfer Policy: Each founding member may transfer their membership unit once within a five-year period, on a non-recurring basis, after the assessment has been paid in full. Transfers are subject to a fee and Board approval. Only eligible transferees may receive transfers, and continuous active annual membership must be maintained throughout the process.

  • Guest Passes: Provide 5 (five) complimentary guest passes to founding members each season (exceptions are Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day) 

  • Complementary pool party! Founding members have an opportunity to celebrate their special occasion with a free pool party at Woodley Gardens. Enjoy up to 2.5 hours of exclusive fun for a memorable event.


Access and Experience Incentives

  • Early Facility Access: Founding members may access the pool 30 minutes before regular opening hours on the most popular Summer Pool Days (4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day)

  • Priority Booking: Founding members receive priority book windows for pool party bookings and popular community events.

  • Founders Events: Connect with fellow founding members at pre-season gatherings, themed trivia nights, and end-of-summer celebrations.


Regular members will pay an initiation fee, a capital improvement fee, and standard annual dues. All members will have voting rights within the pool’s governing board.
